Description:
Are you a dedicated recruitment professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a full-time recruitment role? Do you possess HR generalist expertise and a talent for building a compelling online employer brand? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client in Mobeni is seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years recruitment agency experience looking to transition into a corporate setting. Experience in hiring talent within the manufacturing industry is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/School leaving certificate is a minimum requirement
- A completed HR Diploma/Degree/Working towards one is a bonus
- Minimum of 2 years full-time recruitment experience preferably within an agency.
- HR generalist experience is a bonus.
- Experience in creating an online employer brand presence is a plus.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized and have excellent coordination skills
