We have an ambitious People team who strive to continually be better and work as a valued partner to our organisation. The team is split into Talent and HR Operations, however we work closely together across all People related activities. This role sits within our Talent Team and supports our in-house recruitment activities as well as supporting other Talent led initiatives including performance management, engagement and learning and development.
PERSONALLY, YOU WILL:
- Have experience in managing recruitment activities including; creating job descriptions, posting new roles, screening and shortlisting candidates, working with hiring managers to coordinate interview stages, gathering feedback and managing the offer process
- Have an understanding of wider Talent practices including Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Learning and Development.
- Highly organised and flexible, with the ability to work effectively both solo and as part of a team, prioritising and managing your workload and delivery commitments
- A real team player who is honest, open and proactive in their work style
- Able to navigate ambiguity and resilient when faced with changing priorities and direction
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate succinctly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior level
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this fast-paced, hands-on, role you can expect to be involved in, but not limited to, the following:
- Managing our end-to-end recruitment process
- Enhancing our employer brand and providing a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- Managing the relationship with our PSL and key partners
- Providing key recruitment data for business and management information and providing commentary for regular and ad-hoc reports
- Own the Employee review data, recording and reporting where needed
- Deliver/support wider Talent initiatives and projects as part of our People Strategy
- Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including onboarding planning, inductions and new joiner check-ins.
- Ensure appropriate confidentiality in all we do through effective security/access controls for information/data obtained, processed, and held, in accordance with our obligations under DPA/GDPR
THIS ROLE IS A 14 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
