Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding – Taking ownership of the full candidate onboarding process as the point of contact from initial offer letter through to the candidate’s very first day at 2i.
  • Pre-Employment Screening – Responsible for ensuring all relevant documentation and pre-employment checks are compliant.
  • As part of our Onboarding and Pre-Employment Screening, we partner with external providers, of who you will be the point of contact for.
  • Talent Communication – Responsible for crafting and sharing all Talent related communications across internal platforms.
  • Management and maintenance of our Talent Inbox.
  • Responsible for posting our live vacancies across our internal and external platforms.
  • Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of our CRM (Greenhouse)
  • Future Opportunity – you’ll be working collaboratively within the Talent team and will gain exposure to the full Talent Lifecycle.
