Responsibilities:
- Onboarding – Taking ownership of the full candidate onboarding process as the point of contact from initial offer letter through to the candidate’s very first day at 2i.
- Pre-Employment Screening – Responsible for ensuring all relevant documentation and pre-employment checks are compliant.
- As part of our Onboarding and Pre-Employment Screening, we partner with external providers, of who you will be the point of contact for.
- Talent Communication – Responsible for crafting and sharing all Talent related communications across internal platforms.
- Management and maintenance of our Talent Inbox.
- Responsible for posting our live vacancies across our internal and external platforms.
- Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of our CRM (Greenhouse)
- Future Opportunity – you’ll be working collaboratively within the Talent team and will gain exposure to the full Talent Lifecycle.
