We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.
We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
We are seeking a motivated Talent Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our Campus/Student program, both locally within BC and nationally.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of

Responsibilities:

  • The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in executing our Campus Recruitment program. This would include:
  • Events: organizing and attending recruitment events (networking events, job fairs, etc.).
  • Recruitment support: throughout peak cycles – job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and offer support.
  • Campus Program Initiatives: eg. capturing feedback from students to continuously enhance the program.
  • In addition to the Campus Recruitment program, this role will also:
  • Provide support across our Talent Acquisition team. Eg. supporting with job postings, resume review, reference checks, etc.
  • The Talent Coordinator will also support our Talent Systems & Operations:
  • General administration & operations support to our Talent Administrator – including, onboarding and offboarding for all Co-ops/Interns, support new hire orientation, and order purchasing.
  • HRIS support – working in Dayforce for general requests, updates, etc.
  • Employee Requests – supporting general/daily requests such as, immigration support, employment letters, etc.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

  • Minimum of 1 year of HR related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with previous HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience coordinating events or similar projects is highly desirable
  • Must be efficient and detailed-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with an understanding of confidentiality and strong listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability and willingness to learn new applications

Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.

  • $55,000 – 68,000 (CAD Annually)
