Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent team in creating a place where our people feel valued and can excel by providing support across a range of talent activities, including the coordination of development requirements and training solutions, recruitment, and wellbeing activities. Surrounded by experienced and supportive colleagues, the Talent Coordinator will be involved in lots of interesting, varied work and projects and will have the opportunity to make process improvements that have a big impact on the Talent Team operations. This is a fixed term 10 month contract to cover for a team member’s maternity leave.
