ABOUT YOU

  • You have demonstrated experience working in human resources/administration support
  • You have strong HR admin/HRIS system administration highly desirable
  • You have knowledge and understanding of compliance with regards to legislation and HR practices and policies
  • You have demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and with competing priorities
  • You have excellent demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office suite and a range of digital tools
  • You have demonstrated capacity to work well in a small team
  • You have excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have a professional approach to dealing with confidential staffing matters and personnel files
  • You have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You have a relevant HR/Business Administration qualifications are desirable

Responsibilities:

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is an award winning, world class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

This newly created position supports the Talent & Culture administrative functions and activities ensuring they meet the operational needs of the property. Working in a small collaborative team and reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and administer the Employee Assistance Program.
  • Ensure individual employee files are maintained and regularly updated with all information on file as outlined in the Talent & Culture Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain and update T&C databases, registers and systems as required.
  • Oversee and coordinate the uniform stock management and administration.
  • Assist with the administration and coordination of the recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain the training database for training attendance.
