Job Description
In partnership with the Hotel General Manager, the Talent & Culture Executive holds a pivotal position in shaping HR initiatives, in line with business objectives. This position plays a crucial part in cultivating a positive workplace culture and formulating policies consistent with Accor values. The Talent & Culture representative undertakes responsibilities related to legal compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion, contributing to the overall success of the Novotel Preston and Accor.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent through INES.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive L&D strategies to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Advocate for the processes, ensuring that leaders comprehend their role in the procedure and uphold fair treatment of employees.
  • Mitigate legal risks by staying informed about changes in legislation and advising management accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a senior Human Resources role.
  • Preferably Human Resources qualification.
  • Demonstration of leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Labour Law and HR Best Practices with the ability to support all areas of the business.
  • RTW certification
