Job Description

In this leadership Talent & Culture role, you will be the champion of all things related to People & Culture. You will contribute to building a culture of high performance, inclusion, respect and fun! You will take ownership of the Talent and Culture function for the Hotel & team Hostel, working closely with the General Manager.

  • Offering professional, engaging and friendly service to create an outstanding employee experience while assisting & coaching colleagues with requests and inquires.
  • Overseeing end to end Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, team building and creating a strong & healthy work-culture.
  • Maintaining confidential and organized processes necessary to comply with policies, reporting, standards, and regulations within the Hotel and the Staff Hostel.
  • Supporting the Heads of Departments with projects relating to benefits, recruitment, worker’s compensation, and employee engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a HR leadership capacity or within a Hospitality environment - advantageous
  • Proven success in devising and executing talent strategies, covering sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies aligned with the hotel’s values.
  • Proficiency in implementing training programs and performance systems that elevate skills, foster career growth, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Strong background in fostering positive employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating inclusive work environments while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability in nurturing vibrant workplace culture through engagement fostering collaboration across departments, and effectively communicating HR strategies to diverse stakeholders.
