Role
We are currently looking for a Talent and Culture Manager to join our dynamic Talent and Culture team at Rosewood London. The Talent and Culture Manager is entrusted with supervising the team, ensuring that associates’ needs are met to Rosewood’s standards, and supporting the company’s vision and goals.

Key expectations of this role are

  • Supporting the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and providing strategic HR support aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing and overseeing all employee relations matters, providing guidance on legal requirements, and ensuring compliance with required management of timelines and administration.
  • Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with the broader hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
  • Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism to motivate the team in achieving the highest standards possible.

Profile

  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, or an equivalent HR degree is preferred.
  • Extensive employee relations experience is essential.
  • Experience of managing a team is required.
  • Experience of working in a luxury environment is preferred.
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build long-lasting relationships with others.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
