KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in talent development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective learning programmes.
  • Experience delivering leadership programmes and supporting leaders in developing key skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of all levels, both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in managing talent projects, balancing deadlines, quality, and budgets.
  • Experience managing an LMS, including content management, usage tracking, and reporting.
  • Creative flair for designing engaging learning materials across different media types and channels.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse data and evaluate learning effectiveness, providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and driving personal and professional growth? We’re looking for an experienced Talent Development Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver innovative learning solutions, support the implementation of our leadership programme and graduate programme and take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll also play a key role in embedding career development conversations to support our colleagues’ long-term development. Your creativity and expertise will help identify development needs, close capability gaps and embed a culture of continuous learning across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partnering with business areas and internal teams to assess development needs and identify capability gaps, using data-driven insights to design effective learning solutions.
  • Designing creative, visually impactful learning materials and toolkits across multiple media channels, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our colleagues.
  • Project managing the implementation of learning programmes, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Delivering engaging and interactive learning sessions – including our inductions, both virtually and face to face, creating impactful learning experiences.
  • Supporting the implementation of our graduate programme, helping shape the experience of new graduates and ensure their smooth onboarding and development.
  • Helping to deliver our leadership programme to all leaders across the business, ensuring they have the skills and tools to lead effectively in the Everflow way.
  • Supporting the embedding of career pathways, helping colleagues understand and navigate their career development options within the business.
  • Owning our Learning Management System (LMS), managing content, tracking usage, and reporting on the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Coaching colleagues in delivering facilitated sessions, ensuring best practices are followed to create measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluating the impact of learning initiatives, using data to provide feedback and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Working closely with the wider People Team to support the overall learning strategy and deliver effective learning interventions.
