SUMMARY

The Talent and Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent and Development (T&D) team by ensuring smooth roll out of the T&D programs and initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including support in management of various Team Members’ records and requests
  • Support the leaders to ensure that people practices comply with labor laws by maintaining accurate records and generating necessary reports
  • Support with scheduling T&D meetings, agenda planning and calendar management
  • Support the T&D team and leaders with in-house T&D Programs
  • Create communication materials such as posters and newsletters, as required
  • Provide guidance and support to team members inquires for immigration matters, within the company guidelines as it may relate to work permits, visas, and permanent residency applications
  • Other duties as required
