- Educated to degree level in a HR related subject or transferrable experience within a similar role

We are looking for a candidate keen to develop their career in Learning and Development, this role will allow you to build knowledge across the Talent Development function. You’ll work closely with our Talent Development team to develop your Learning and Development skills ensuring excellent delivery and smooth running of internal and external training and development programs. Exposure to all aspects of our Talent team will allow you to develop and grow your career with us!
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A TALENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR: -
- You’ll be integral to ensuring a smooth training experience for all colleagues by coordinating internal and external training programmes for the society.
- Update content across our employee facing training platform ensuring it is accurate and engaging for colleagues
- Provide data and MI reports in line with the scheduled programme for the Training and Development team
- Support the Talent Development Partners with administration for our professional qualification and apprenticeship schemes
- Cross functional working with the wider People team to ensure effective collaboration and a holistic way of working
- Play a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous improvement centred by seeking insight, driving your own personal development and spotting opportunities for operational efficiencies
