Vibright are excited to be partnering with a key player within the energy space. They are hiring for a talented Leadership development professional to join their Performance Development team, assisting in the development and delivery of solutions for their Strategic Leadership team. You will play a key role in leading the successful delivery of the senior leadership programme, focusing on the development of the next generation of business leaders.

  • You have a passion and background for leadership development
  • Demonstrable problem solving experience within a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • The role requires an individual who can work with overlapping complexities, differing geographical requirements, and a future-fit approach to talent, performance and development.
  • Operational, getting your hands dirty whilst always maintaining the bigger picture and strategic lens.
  • You are a natural leader, you bring the energy and will bring groups together, leading the conversations and discussions
  • Ability to work well with others and build relationships across the team, the People function and the business,
  • A willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Take the lead with decisions and hold others to accountStrong customer-service focus throughout all work activities, building credibility to be seen to be delivering as a trusted partner to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

This is a fast paced, full on role, navigating senior stakeholders across the entire organisation. Here is a little insight into what you will be doing:

  • You will work closely with the Global head of talent management to ensure that the talent services delivered across the business, in Europe, the UK and the US are fit for purpose.
  • Take the lead for the design, development and deployment of any regional/functional specific tools which support the local approach ensuring they are complementary and supportive of global approaches. Ensure best practice is shared across colleagues.
  • Continually keep up to date with best practice guidance on Leadership development, conducting market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the wider people team, ensuring their involvement where appropriate in leadership development initiatives.
  • Support the CPO and senior leadership team with succession planning, providing insight and supporting talent mapping.
  • Work with the Global Process and Performance Data and Analytics team to develop meaningful insights around the talent agenda.
  • As well as playing a key part across the Talent Management function you will take full ownership of the Executive leadership programme. From coordination, communication and planning, to evaluation and external provider management.
