- Strong client focus with the ability to network, manage relationships and work virtually and across borders and cultures

- Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written presentations)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- An experienced Manager with at least two years’ experience in a Manager role with demonstrable project and people management skills.
- Experience of working in HR/Talent/Talent Development in professional services or a large, complex matrix corporate environment.
- Strong team working and team management skills, with an enthusiastic, can-do, flexible approach, and ability to collaborate to work as ‘one team.’
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
