OUR OFFER

This role offers a salary between € 70 K and € 85 K gross per year (including 8% holiday allowance). This is based on a fulltime (40 hours) working week and varies with your experience. The minimum working hours for this position requires 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with HR colleagues, management and other key stakeholders, you will help to define and implement the talent development strategy ensuring alignment with FMO’s vision and goals. You will review current practices to talent development and succession planning and implement improvements across all levels in the organization.

You will also:

  • Proactively manage internal talent moves to retain and develop skills, strengthen succession plans, and cultivate key talent pools in collaboration with Talent Acquisition (TA) & HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and management.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement; provide actionable insights to managers and HRBPs to enable timely completion of evaluations, effective calibration sessions, and goal setting meetings.
  • Develop an internal talent pool through targeted high-potential interventions, enabling mobility and growth of key talent.
  • In collaboration with the HRBPs, provide guidance to managers on goal setting, identifying development opportunities, and addressing performance issues.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for managers and employees on talent management best practices, goal setting, feedback provision, and performance reviews.
  • Regularly review and update talent management processes and tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Manage monthly reporting and ensure policies and procedures are audit compliant, including creating process frameworks and operating instructions.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to integrate talent management initiatives with broader performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Champion talent management and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) within the organization.
