Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development programs such as training workshops, seminars, and leadership activities.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions and events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Coordinate communication with participants and stakeholders to provide program details, schedules, and updates.
  • Conduct Omni Induction program and maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities and expenditures.
  • Contribute to developing an Omni Skills and Competency matrix to support workforce management and planning.
  • Support the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations, and other resources
  • Evaluate and assess training program effectiveness; collaborate with People Team and Divisional General Managers to identify training needs and development opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Ability to hold and maintain a minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

In addition, it would be desirable to:

  • Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Have previous work experience in Learning and Development or People and Culture
