Responsibilities:
We are looking for people who:
- Have extensive exposure within HR, Talent Management, People partnering, organizational development or related
- Hold strong past performance of driving collaboration to achieve objectives with influencing and embedding change in an organization and in teams
- Are able to manage conflicting priorities while balancing immediate needs with longer-term business goals using your strong and clear communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Can research, prepare, and present board papers, data-directed reports, business cases, and proposals, presenting information to support decision-making through effective data scrutiny, presentation, and storytelling.
- Are Self -motivated with positive energy, a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
