Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree or similar level qualification
  • 7 years + relevant experience in Human Resources, or as a people growth minded leader within fund administration operations teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, advanced in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:

  • Support the build out of talent development strategy, including driving integration of the performance management process, building timeline and communication synergies and process alignments.
  • Help to create a clear and well communicated end to end performance management process, including goal setting, check ins and end of year conversations.
  • Support the creation of a consistent and fair calibration and promotion process as part of performance, developing the model for leader round tables, and continue to refine the RADAR process for senior leadership.
  • Help activate ‘where careers mean more’; creating intentional career pathways through the refinement of pathway documents, developing a culture that supports internal mobility and connecting employees to wider Gen II projects and priorities.
  • Manage the coaching and mentoring program for the business, including any relationships with external vendors and specialists.
  • Support the talent review program: helping to develop the process and documentation for talent reviews; independently facilitating sessions up to Associate Director level; gathering and dispersing any actions for the business, HR operation and talent teams, and ensuring these actions are activated.
  • Create a Talent Database on excel and manage data to support global talent review and management programs. Support the completion of relevant talent data on UKG, to help the business with talent-based decision making.
  • Ensure talent development activities centrally align with the other talent teams and with Gen II values and behaviours.
  • Help drive the business towards ‘One Gen II’, looking for ways to make connections through the talent agenda, and working with the engagement and communications teams to maximise these.
  • Assist in the management of the talent development budget making sure appropriate approvals are in place for all items before they are signed off.

Projects

  • Take a PM role in talent team planning, driving execution through Monday.com.
  • Suggest and follow ongoing improvements in the talent space in pursuit of efficiency.
  • Support and participate in ad hoc projects which aim to improve the activities in the P&I function.

    Process and control

  • Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with process and procedure, relevant regulatory requirements, and that sensitive data is shared in accordance with data protection requirements.

  • Build and monitor KPIs (including those agreed with the Global Head of Talent / CHRO.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulation and market best practices
