Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Executive is a vital role within Agilisys and will be instrumental in leading the attraction, selection and placement process within the business and on a project basis.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
- Support the talent function of Agilisys by managing the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Facilitate administration for all stages of the recruitment process, including liaising with key stakeholders, and updating people systems.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset to continuously improve the processes and activities.
- Consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
