TALENT EXPERIENCE STRATEGY:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive talent experience strategy that aligns with the company’s cultural goals, from onboarding to career development and beyond.
- Design initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring that employees feel connected to the company’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, including the Recruiter Lead, HRBP Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and Talent Growth Lead, to integrate cultural values into talent management practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in culture development, talent experience, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading culture, talent experience, and communication initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Culture and Talent Experience Leader, you will be the architect of a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture at Halo Media. You will lead the development and execution of strategies that promote our core values, enhance employee engagement, and create a positive, consistent experience for all employees. Your role will focus on embedding our culture deeply within the organization while also ensuring that our talent management practices align with our cultural objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Recruiter Lead, HRBP Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and Talent Growth Lead, partnering with the HR leadership team to create a unified approach to culture and talent experience.
