In this role, you will work in the Global Talent Intelligence & Insights Centre of Excellence and will be responsible for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and translating the meaning of market information from a range of sources to deliver recruitment insight to one of our financial services clients. You’ll analyse trends, provide actionable insights, and collaborate closely with our recruitment team to attract top talent.
We are interested in talking to Researchers at all levels who have experience, or have an interest, in
developing their career within recruitment; or Recruitment professionals who have a flair for data
and analytics.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret a request
and turn it into a professional product. You will be skilled at finding and assimilating data, telling the
story that it illustrates and presenting it back in an impactful way. You’ll be joining a friendly and
supportive team, with plenty of scope to develop your career.

Responsibilities:

THINGS YOU WILL DO:

  • Partner with Recruiters and Client Stakeholders to take detailed briefs on project requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
  • Use initiative to source information and research through Big Data tools, open source data, x-ray searches, Boolean searches, and other platforms, reports and publications
  • Interpret sourced data to create accurate, timely and well-informed market intelligence reports with clear actionable outcomes
  • Present findings to key stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Investigate new platforms and technology
  • Contribute to business development and revenue generating projects
  • Proactively gather feedback and continuously improve and evolve the output produced
