Key to successful delivery in this role will be driving enterprise-wide adoption of the strategy and frameworks and will involve leading the team to provide consultancy and strategic support to business partners, guiding them into effectively embedding talent and leadership frameworks. With your team of specialists, you will use insights from industry trends and emerging technologies to influence and foster a performance-driven culture that supports NFU Mutual’s long-term strategic goals.
You’ll also lead, manage, and develop your team, fostering an environment of growth and contribution towards our long-term talent goals.
