ROLLENBESCHREIBUNG
Arethia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Management & Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy for senior and executive roles, while also leading talent management initiatives to structure and grow high-performing teams. You will report to our Head of People & Culture and work closely with our CEO as your main hiring manager. In this role, you will be the driving force for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management topics in both Germany and Switzerland, while supporting our office in Dubai and Indonesia where needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management
- Proven track record in recruiting senior and executive-level talent.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Affinity for technology & proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently and idiomatically
