EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s or PhD in Organisational Development, Business or a related field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable and extensive experience building enterprise-wide products across organisations
  • Proven experience in leading and managing talent management initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience with needs analysis, user testing and integrating external best practices
  • Experience in working with executive level stakeholders to build portfolio credibility

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for all traditional talent management products, including performance management, succession planning, talent review and competencies and skills. This role will ensure the strategic direction and performance of the agility and outcomes portfolio is aligned to G-Research’s business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE

  • Leading the strategic direction and performance of the Agility and Outcomes portfolio
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of enterprise wide talent management products
  • Evaluating external best practices and integrating them into talent management strategies
  • Conducting needs analysis and user testing to ensure products meet organisational needs
  • Interfacing with People Business Partners (PBPs), People Team colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Building agility and outcome strategies, roadmap to achieve talent strategy, operational stage gates and product planning, for example portfolio project management
  • Managing high visibility enterprise wide products within the agility and outcomes portfolio, including direct ownership of one or more high visibility products. These will include, but not be limited to:
  • Organisational Principles, Core Competencies/Behaviours, and Functional Skills
  • Career Architecture
  • Succession Planning and Talent Review
  • Performance Management and Recognition
  • Organisational Design
  • Mentoring and guiding two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment, and driving measurable individual development within team members
