REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate HR or Center of Excellence function, with a focus on talent management or organizational change.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Strong capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with different individuals involved.
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
