Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an individual who exhibits talent and motivation for the position of Talent Management Manager in Waltham, MA, USA. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate HR or Center of Excellence function, with a focus on talent management or organizational change.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Strong capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with different individuals involved.
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
