Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Regional Head of SP Talent Management in providing guidance and support for all client groups on all SP related matters.
Help execute and deliver on regional and global talent initiatives to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
Provide support to the various functional areas during major annual initiatives such as the performance management and year-end compensation processes. Contribute to various talent discussions that are had with talent reviews, career pathing/professional development frameworks and follow-ups.
Provide guidance to SP employees and managers on all stages of the employee lifecycle
Deliver monthly talent management overview to all new joiners
Build relationships with the local HC teams and work together on talent management related initiatives
Work with local HC Operations team to capture documentation and Workday updated related to employee promotions, transfer, role changes, etc.
