Description:

Talent Manager / Resource Manager – Internal and External recruitment
Location: Newton-Le-Willows (North Warrington)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (experience-based) plus bonuses.

    We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to help our company on two fronts: internal recruitment for the business and external recruitment supporting a select group of key customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as Talent Manager or Resource Manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator and well-organized

Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Support on key client recruitment
