JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Talent Manager to oversee our client’s recruitment processes, talent development, and employee retention strategies. The ideal candidate will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to align talent initiatives with business goals, ensuring the right talent is recruited, nurtured, and developed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organisation.
  • Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and talent pipelines.
  • Implement employee development programs to support growth and career progression.
  • Analyse and report on talent metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for team growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on strategic initiatives.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures.
