Description:
JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Senior Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Management Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving talent management initiatives and strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify talent needs, implement talent management programs, and contribute to the overall success of JASARA PMC.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or related HR roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management strategies and programs.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Professional certifications in talent management or related areas are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent management strategies and programs.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee development.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent reviews.
- Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to HR Business Partners and managers on talent management topics.
