We’re searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Tutor Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our network of talented tutors.

Responsibilities:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Recruit and Onboard Top Talent: You’ll source, screen, and interview qualified part-time tutors to join our growing team. You’ll also guide new tutors through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Mastermind of Schedules: You’ll wear the resource planning hat, efficiently managing tutor schedules to meet student needs. This includes collaborating with academic leads to optimise timetables and ensure availability.
Campus Buzz Builder: You’ll champion student engagement by setting up student ambassadors and coordinating exciting events on campus. These events will foster a vibrant learning community and promote our tutoring services.
Tutor Champion: Your passion for education will shine through as you foster a positive and supportive environment for our tutors. You’ll address queries, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies to maximise tutor satisfaction and engagement.
Data Detective: You’ll delve into data to track tutor Net Promoter Scores (NPS), identifying areas for improvement and working to boost overall satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement Enthusiast: You’ll be on the lookout for ways to enhance tutor enablement, providing ongoing training and resources to help tutors hone their skills and deliver outstanding instruction.
