QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8-10 years experience as a Talent Partner or similar role in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, specifically Greenhouse ATS
  • Start Date: 1st November 2024 (immediately available)
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Talent Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy, and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent across the organization. This is across every function in the business; commercial, engineering, operations, sustainability research and product and working with a broad scope of hiring managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant team members
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
  • Partner closely with People Operations to support broader talent management across topics such as performance management, learning & development and employee engagement
