JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the unique talent needs of your assigned business unit. You will play a critical role in driving recruitment efforts and delivering high-quality candidates to support the growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand talent needs, workforce planning objectives, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, having a shared accountability for the management of the full life cycle recruitment for your assigned business unit, utilizing talent trends, metrics, and business knowledge to influence the recruitment process.
  • Partner with TA team to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for your assigned business unit, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels and methods to attract top talent.
  • Act as a change agent and champion for process excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Support recruiters with interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the business unit’s objectives and values.
  • Support recruiters with building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within your assigned business unit.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders and hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and recruitment strategies to support their talent acquisition goals.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while upholding our employer brand and values.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to business unit leaders and HR leadership to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
