HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE

Emesent is looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Partner to join our People Team! Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment function, you will collaborate closely with the Director of People & Culture for all hiring needs within Emesent. You will work alongside Hiring Managers and other business stakeholders to bring aboard and add to the exceptional talent within Emesent and contribute to building a culture of collaboration, determination, and fun!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Emesent’s core capability requirements across all business functions.
  • Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to write job ads for current openings and determine qualification criteria for each position.
  • Shortlist, phone screen & schedule interviews for suitable candidates as agreed with Hiring Managers.
  • Manage external & internal advertising to source high-calibre talent & identify current and future hiring needs to build strong recruitment pipelines.
  • Provide support and advice to Hiring Managers and other stakeholders as required, through coaching and guiding of best practices through the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience with Emesent and uphold quick turn-around times for feedback & next steps.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to coordinate relevant approvals, offers and onboarding steps for successful candidates.
  • Understand current and future talent maps to ensure proactive sourcing and talent pooling where possible.
  • Support the establishment of effective recruitment in new locations as the company expands internationally.
  • Project work:
  • Contribute to the growth of Emesent’s employer brand, delivering insights into the end-to-end employee journey.
  • Research salary benchmarking to understand market insights and positioning for each role.
  • Monitoring industry trends and sharing this knowledge with the people team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the People team with other people/HR-related tasks & projects to ensure the smooth operation of the People team.
  • Such other duties as may reasonably be required.
