YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Immersed in the financial services industry with a varied experience recruiting a range of middle and back-office business enablement roles in London.
  • Possess a strategic mindset, with extensive experience in recruiting for a range of support function roles, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bring at least 5+ years of international recruitment experience, with the ability to confidently manage stakeholders in both India and the UK is essential.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, who brings a voice to the table and is capable of engaging and assessing top-tier talent, with a keen ability to discern genuine expertise in a sea of buzzwords.
  • Confident to challenge the status quo, you have experience in advising and partnering with senior leaders to forecast recruitment needs and build robust talent pipelines.
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven individual who leads by example, proficient in crafting and presenting detailed, metrics-based reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

We have an immediate requirement for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our existing Investment Banking clients. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, hand-picked for our client’s individual business needs and embedded into their organisation, you will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.
The Talent Acquisition Partner role offers a great opportunity for a versatile individual to significantly impact a leading financial services company, focusing on the recruitment of elite talent within business enablement functions. As the client continues a steep trajectory of growth into their new office in Mumbai, you will become a true partner to the client’s internal stakeholders and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.
You will be meticulously selected to serve as a vital talent partner, tailored to meet the intricate needs of our client across all back-office functions. Embedded within the client’s organisation, you will develop deep, effective relationships essential for identifying and addressing recruitment challenges with precision.
You will be given licenses to our extensive market-leading technology stack, helping the client to make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, and what their salaries and demographics are.
