ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Talent and Performance Manager, you will lead our talent and leadership development strategy. Your mission is to cultivate the potential of our people, ensuring we can identify, nurture, and advance talent throughout the organisation. You will champion a learning culture that rewards and acknowledges our values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development to design and execute talent and performance strategies. You will manage and mentor the Talent Development Specialist, empowering them to excel. Your innovative approach will revamp talent management processes and equip L&D business partners and HRDs with the necessary tools. You will reshape our talent management approach for improved mobility and participate in cross-business talent forums. Enhancing Senior leadership programmes and crafting tailored leadership solutions will be a significant focus. You will champion our drive for Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership competencies. Overseeing line manager capability offerings, you will ensure both behavioural and technical skills flourish. Elevating our career management platform and resources, you will inspire personal responsibility for progress. Streamlining performance management approaches and materials will be part of your forte. You will oversee development resources, tools, and external provider relationships. As a cultural ambassador, you will embody the ’One Mitie’ culture, working collaboratively to deploy exceptional talent and performance-oriented learning solutions.
