We are seeking a Talent Performance Specialist that is passionate about attracting talent and identifying potential to guarantee individual and organizational development and success. This individual is skilled in building trusted relationships and thrives in an engaged and passionate workforce. This role is at the heart of the hiring process and acts as AUI Power’s “front door”. The individual in this role will engage and identify incredible people and gain their interest to join our unique company.
SUMMARY:
Design, develop, and conduct employee training and organizational development programs and any activities in alignment with organizational goals. Attract talent through effective staffing and talent acquisition strategies, with the goal of hiring and developing a capable workforce.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and familiarity with ATS.
- 2+ years’ experience in employee and curriculum development preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to focus on multiple projects at one time.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and methods.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
- Develops training programs, methods, and materials for target audiences. Facilitate coordination of all Employee Development programs.
- Oversees and executes programs such as AUI Try Out Day, Foreman Development and Leadership Development to guarantee company success.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Execute sourcing techniques and approaches to achieve a talented workforce.
- Manages all phases of the talent acquisition process, including attracting talent, review applicants, pre-screening, interviewing and more.
- Manages candidate pool/pipeline.
- Analyze hiring and recruitment data to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System and internal tracking systems.
- Partner with managers and leadership to develop retention strategies.Other duties as assigned to support business objectives and organizational goals.
