DUE TO SECURING NEW AND EXCITING PROGRAMMES OF WORK, WE ARE LOOKING FOR WORLD CLASS TALENT SOURCERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM ON A SHORT TERM BASIS.

You’ll be working with the best talent and people leaders to help turn our client’s talent function from reactive and subservient, into proactive, strategic business driver.
The right person will help our clients to find brilliant talent across finance, HR, technology, digital, marketing, or sales. Often, these difficult markets require innovative and fresh approaches; simply waiting for advert responses isn’t in our DNA.
Sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our clients ATS and database, GitHub, networking events and a variety of other recruitment technologies, you will work to uncover “unicorn” candidates in your specialist area.
Our Talent Sourcers need to be able to articulate our clients’ proposition and EVP in a compelling and exciting way, above simply describing job specs.
It is also important to ensure our clients understand the market, so providing data and insights to keep the business updated will be crucial.
Our Talent Sourcers are always representing us, so acting as a trusted ambassador for Caraffi is essential, as is an ability to understand our business model and identify opportunities to introduce Caraffi experts into the business where appropriate.
