Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary or Poland!
As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a world leader in lighting for professionals in EMEA region.
As a Recruiter will be providing and running the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners and driving best practices within the recruiting space. You are to ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels. You will be building and communicating an attractive employee value proposition for all prospective candidates and coordinating Talent recruitment events. You will be primarily recruiting for countries in Europe.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree valuable but not required. Alternatively, business or HR experience within a relevant industry with a strong affinity with recruitment processes.
• 3 years plus Sourcing/ Recruitment experience preferably in a recruiting or RPO
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow consulting skills.
• Significant experience in fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires prioritising multiple priorities.
• Current knowledge of HRIS systems such as Linkedin Recruiter, Workday or other similar systems.
• Proficient in English and local German or Polish is highly valued.
