Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed at least four semesters of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media, Science, technology or similar
- Project management skills
- IT literacy - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, German skills would be a bonus
- Social media savvy
- Pro-active, self-driven and aiming to make a mark

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Candidate, Identification, Engagement and Qualification
- Project Manage and lead effective talent sourcing strategies and initiatives
- Build a validated managed pipeline of external candidates
- Provide market intelligence on external talent trends and direct sourcing
- Maintain and execute long-term succession “keep-warm” strategies with selected talents
