Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced sourcer to partner closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers supporting the Go-to-Market business. This role will develop strategies to find top talent within our GTM organization across EMEA. We have a highly driven and experienced GTM recruiting team, so we’re looking for a similar team member who champions candidate experience and is an advisor to the businesses we support.

Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on top of funnel sourcing for the Go-to-Market business across EMEA
  • You will engage passive candidates, address concerns, handle objections, develop relationships and turn prospects into candidates.
  • You will leverage known and effective sourcing strategies including channels outside of typical tools including diversity channels, alumni groups, internal events, user groups and social media to proactively and strategically build a strong candidate pipeline for assigned roles
  • Advise managers and executives on building a strong talent pipeline to reach hiring targets
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting/sourcing experience.
  • Experience leveraging sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience in successfully developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to align on strategy, maintaining impactful relationships across tenure.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage.
  • Experience working with remote teams located in multiple cities and timezones preferred.
