Description:
Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
As a Talent Sourcer at The Exploration Company, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging with highly skilled engineering professionals who can help us achieve our ambitious goals. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment and engineering teams to understand the specific needs of each role and build a pipeline of candidates who are not just qualified but are also passionate about space exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other tools) to identify and engage with top engineering talent globally.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on roles such as aerospace engineers, software engineers, mechanical engineers, and other specialized technical positions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest in The Exploration Company.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices to attract the best candidates in the market.
- Contribute to our diversity and inclusion efforts by identifying diverse talent and ensuring our hiring process is fair and unbiased.
