Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to play an integral role in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Interfor’s Talent Development processes and programs. This individual will be part of our Learning & Talent Development team, which is small and mighty; we take teamwork seriously and you can expect to collaborate.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and produce reports relating to learning and talent development (e.g., quarterly Talent Data Visibility Reports, Monthly Lead X Reports, etc.).
- Support the evaluation and recommendation of external training vendors and the sourcing of funding opportunities in Canada and the U.S.
- Maintain and monitor required training to ensure compliance, and manage learning and development records and statistics to support effective tracking, reporting, and plannin
