Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Legl is recruiting for a dynamic and resilient Talent Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and defining our talent acquisition function. From sourcing hard-to-find talent to delivering exceptional candidate experiences, you will be immersed in every aspect of hiring . Our Talent Specialist will be responsible for hiring exceptional talent across all departments, including Software Engineering, Product Management, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction - Use varied sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates. Develop and maintain talent pools to proactively address future hiring needs. Craft compelling job descriptions & marketing materials that reflect our employer brand.
  • Pipeline Management - Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring whilst fostering positive relationships with potential candidates.
  • Process Management - Own and optimise the end to end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Talent Reporting - Develop and maintain regular talent acquisition reports and metrics (TTF, TTH, CPH and more) whilst providing actionable insights into our opportunities to improve.
  • People Operations - Supporting People Operations, where required, across the employee lifecycle to ensure the best candidate & new employee ramp experience.

Success in this role after 6 months looks like:

  • Exceptional knowledge of Legl’s product & positioning within the legal industry, and a clear understanding of how to test for success at Legl.
  • Operating at pace to hire A-players for all of Legl’s live roles.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience whilst crafting hiring processes to thoroughly test against the needs of a role.
  • Developing a strong pipeline of talent for current and future needs
