Provides subject matter expertise and supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of Talent Acquisition technology (Workday, Phenom) to meet business and enterprise needs. Aligns technology requirements and solutions to a real business need, meets essential quality standards, and ensures approval by all relevant stakeholders. Promotes new processes and methodologies, emerging technologies, and agile, and aligns to the unique project team requirements.
Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions. Works across BMO to deliver specific operational program activities & results.
- Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.
- Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions.
- Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards.
- Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
- Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in operational HR processes; preferably related to talent acquisition programs
- Project management skills - In-depth.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
