Description:

The NHS Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies service is looking for a full time data analyst while our existing and permanent data analyst takes up a senior secondment position for 12 months. We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar analytical role and managing large sets of data with patient case management systems.
The role requires excellent IT skills, experience of working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar), strong analytical skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and attention to detail given the vital importance of data in Talking Therapies services.
This post is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and who can work well with large and diverse teams. Motivation, flexibility and ability to communicate well to diverse stakeholders are all important.
The postholder will be part of both Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies senior management teams and receive support from the Head of Service, Operations Manager and the Business Managers for both teams, and will have access to training and development opportunities.
The postholder will be required to be physically based at both the Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies team bases for part of the week to attend in person team and management meetings and remote based for part of the week.
1. The postholder will lead on the provision of accurate, relevant and timely performance information to all Talking Therapies staff and external organisations in particular the monthly submissions of NHS Talking Therapies data to NHS Digital. This includes reconciliation of data to ensure its accuracy with local and national systems.
2. To have responsibility for reports and data from the electronic patient management system IAPTUS and ensure high levels of data quality and accuracy using regular checks and cleansing measures.
3. To support the clinical teams to use the patient management system effectively, including training and responding to day to day queries.
4. To work closely with information and performance teams across the Partnership to provide information, as well as the senior leadership teams in both Barnet and Enfield service to enable effective performance reporting to proactively and effectively manage the teams.

The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.
In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
