Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Operations team in Armagh!
- This is a 40hr role
- Monday Friday
The Office Administrator will support the growth of the business through recording and reporting on referrals whilst also providing administrative support to the operations team.
The Office Administrator will:
- Record referrals sent by the commissioners
- Update and record referrals on our management information system
- Maintain all service user and care assistant information
- Work closely with Community Managers and the Operations team regarding referrals
- Ensure referral availability records are maintained and up to date
- Support with costings for packages as required
The successful candidate must have:
- 5 GCSE’s or Equivalent
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer satisfaction and problem solving
- Experience working within a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible and responsive to change
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records
- Full UK Driving Licence
