Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions based on RM’s requests
- Perform appropriate 4 eyes validation of requests performed by other members
- Perform appropriate follow-ups on outstanding fee setups or requests
- Create and maintain fee exception templates
- Manage and follow-up on daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and follow-up on quarterly billing tasks, including but not limited to use cases and manual billing exceptions
- Manage the accruals calculation, booking and invoicing for externally booked clients or similar
- Take part in the bank’s repricing initiatives and other projects impacting the Tariff team.
