We have an opportunity for a Tax Analyst to join our team in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

  • Produces VAT return information from the accounting system.
  • Reconciliation of the VAT control accounts and records + E-recs approval.
  • Acts as Secondary VAT return reviewer for new joiners & VAT approver for in- house compliance.
  • Maintains the accuracy of VAT transactions on the accounting systems.
  • Supports the implementation of new business, systems and processes into the RFC, may participate in the SAP implementation of new businesses within EMEA.
  • Executes SAP/ ERP VAT setting for accurate VAT reporting.
  • VAT Master data control maintenance in own cluster (VAT registration numbers, Territory zones, Commodity codes);
  • Contributes to the smooth running of the RFC VAT Team by performing other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Finance/ Business Administration degree or similar.
  • Previous experience in Finance or Accounting in multinational environment.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • English is a must.
