Responsibilities:
Adhering to tasks outlined in EBSC’s EMS/QMS Systems
Preparing draft returns accurately and promptly, even with high complexity
Conducting validations and reconciliations for supported countries, ensuring follow-up on any discrepancies
Performing balance sheet reconciliation (BSI) work on VAT matters for supported businesses/countries
Calculating data additions and corrections with precision
Preparing VAT Accounting Journal for finance teams to post indirect tax transactions/payments
Resolving queries and issues directly with Country Finance/Tax teams, escalating only when necessary
Collaborating with Team Leader and Country Finance/Tax teams to understand priorities and deliver accordingly
Ensuring work is conducted according to timetables, maintaining proper documentation of process activities and data used/created
Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and control within your area of work
Responding to tax audit-related inquiries
