Responsibilities:

Guiding and developing team members, coordinate activities, and motivate the team to achieve their goals
Managing the preparation of returns and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
Reviewing and provide feedback on draft returns prepared by junior team members, offering guidance and support
Conducting validations/reconciliations for supported countries, particularly focusing on resolving any failed attempts
Calculating and implementing data additions and corrections to ensure accuracy
Addressing and resolving queries directly with Country Finance/Tax teams
Working closely with Country Finance/Tax teams to understand and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Identifying and implement process improvements for efficiency and better control, collaborating with the Leadership Team on special projects
Managing tax audits, acting as the main point of contact
